Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within Canada.
What is your shipping & return policy?
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours (except in the case for pre-orders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns
In store purchases can be returned to the store within 30 days for a full refund. We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Online purchases can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. To start a return, you can contact us at booktique.evermore@gmail.com with "RETURN" in the subject field.
Does the loyalty program take past purcashes into account?
Yes! The Evermore Books point of sale uses Shopify which recognizes customers based on their method of payment. If you have a Shop account, your purchases with Evermore Books have been recorded. We may ask you to provide a name for our records to ensure your purchase history isn't lost.
Are online purchases eligible for the loyalty program?
Yes! Online purchases count toward the loyalty program. To ensure your purchases are credited correctly, use the same email address or mobile phone number for both your online and in-store purchases.
Is parking available?
There is a small free parking lot beside the McDonald's on Fifth Ave. There is also a lot of free parking on the side streets and paid parking on Bank St.

Evermore Books' spice guide is a rating system that outlines the level of passion and intensity in a book. Each spice guide is unique, but it can be a helpful tool to help find the flavour you're looking for!
